We are a group that have cooperated together to produce this site in hopes of providing free information to those just beginning to put together a power of attorney document in Florida.

While United States law defines the power of attorney form to be a specific type of contract, there are state-to-state differences and so we created this site to educate users of this powerful document on the specific differences in Florida state law.

In addition we have found that so-called “free” power of attorney forms are incomplete or worse, incorrectly formatted which could lead (and often does) to an unacceptable and ineffective power of attorney agreement.

We update the forms on this site to coply with Florida statutes as they are passed or ammended and provide to our users actual, working, legal power of attorney forms.
